GAME DEVELOPER + CONTENT CREATOR

Role Description

This is a full-time, semi-remote role for a Game Developer + Content Creator.

As a Game Developer:

  • Playtest: Support our team in playing, revising, and balancing our games.

  • Research: Seek out upcoming games and trends in the industry. Learn how to play and introduce games to the team weekly.

  • Rulebook: Write and refine rulebooks for our games.

As a Content Creator:

  • Be the host in a series of Youtube videos shot in the company's Studio, located in Koenji, Tokyo. These are going to be both in English and Japanese.

  • Recruit guests to participate in the channel.

  • Seek out new games and creators to feature in the channel.

  • Shoot and edit short-form content for our social media.

Operation details:

  • 30 hours of remote work weekly (flexible hours).

  • 2 weekly in-person meetings at the Office, located in Koenji, Tokyo.

  • 2 extra working days (per month) for event supervision (mainly during weekends).

  • Available for international travels.

Qualifications

  • English & Japanese proficiency. Ability to write emails and handle technical/ strategic meetings with suppliers in both languages.

  • Strong interest in Gaming, Animation, or other relevant Creative fields.

  • Valid VISA for work in Japan.
